Spark Employment Services is excited to announce the launch of its new referral program designed to reward clients for referring their friends and family to the agency.

The program aims to increase word-of-mouth marketing and provide an added incentive for clients to spread the word about the excellent services offered by Spark Employment Services.

For each new client referred successfully to Spark Employment Services, the referred client will receive a Positive Inception t-shirt and the referring person will have their name entered into a monthly draw to win a work from home package valued at over $350 that includes a headset, webcam, mouse and keyboard.

“We are thrilled to introduce our new referral program, and we hope that it will encourage more people to spread the word about Spark Employment Services,” said Chantal Makela, CEO of Spark Employment Services. “Our program is designed to reward our clients for referring their friends and family to our services while also providing a chance to win a fantastic prize.”

Each client that visits Spark will receive a “referral card” that they can fill in to provide their name and contact information. They will keep this card and provide it to a colleague that they would like to refer to Spark. The referred clients visit Spark and give their referral card to reception where it is added to a ballot box for the monthly prize draw. Upon successful referral, the referred client will receive a Positive Inception t-shirt.

The monthly draw will take place on the last business day of each month on Facebook Live. Once the winner is selected, they will be contacted to pick up their prize at the office. One referral equals one entry to the monthly draw, so the more referrals made, the more entries participants will have and the greater their chances of winning the work from home package.
