EDGE+ is a comprehensive training and employment program designed to empower individuals with any disability, whether physical, mental, or otherwise, to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment or explore self-employment opportunities.
The EDGE+ program combines hands-on learning with practical experience to help participants build confidence, develop job skills, and connect with.
Program Overview:
- Up to 6 weeks of in-class training, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Participants gain essential employability and life skills, explore career options, and prepare for success in the workplace.
- Following training, participants complete a 12-week paid work placement (25 hours per week) with an employer committed to accessibility and inclusion.
Eligibility:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Living with a disability (physical, mental, or otherwise)
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee

Who can participate in EDGE+?
