
Getting to Better Leadership Session Returns with an Incredible partnership

Spark Employment Services and Canadian Mental Health Association – Sudbury/Manitoulin invite you to join us on November 25th, 2025, for incredible sessions packed with inspiration and practical strategies to support leaders, teams, and youth in navigating today’s challenges.
The day will begin with a morning and afternoon session for “Getting to Better: How to Lead Through Disruption.” This inspiring and educational session introduces leaders to the CORE Essentials, a proven framework for building resilience, elevating communication, and fostering stronger connections during times of disruption.
Attendees will connect with their leadership purpose, explore the impact of ongoing change on engagement, human performance, and well-being, while gaining actionable tools to strengthen clarity, connection, and calm confidence in uncertain times.

The evening session, titled ‘Getting to Better: How to Connect, Direct, and Protect Youth Through Scary Times,’ is free to attend and designed for parents and educators. This inspiring and hopeful session introduces parents and educators to a fresh perspective on how to support youth through these scary times.
Attendees will connect with their goals for the youth in their care, understand the impact of disruption, and uncertainty, and learn fresh perspectives to strengthen growth, resilience, and overall functioning.
