EDGE+ Annual Conference Returns to Sudbury: Focusing on Accessibility and Inclusivity in the Workplace

Spark Employment Services is proud to announce the return of the EDGE+ Annual Conference, taking place January 20–21, 2026 at the Radisson Hotel in Sudbury.

This free, one-and-a-half-day event will gather leaders, HR professionals, community organizations, and changemakers to explore strategies for building more accessible, inclusive, and resilient workplaces.

With the theme “Accessibility and Inclusivity in the Workplace”, EDGE+ 2026 will feature expert-led panels, hands-on workshops, interactive sessions, and a keynote address (speaker to be announced). Attendees will walk away with practical tools, resources, and connections to create lasting impact within their organizations.
