Overview

This position involves cleaning and sanitation of our plant equipment and building. We are looking for hard working, dedicated people to work evening shift Monday to Friday. Required Skills

• Ensure all safety standards are met
• Proper assembly and disassembly of equipment
• Observe equipment for any missing parts (metal/plastic or otherwise), loose parts, wear marks on “all” food contact surfaces, physical damage (dents, cracks, sharp edges, etc.) and continuous observation for metal particles that may appear during use, prompted by/or due to possible pending mechanical failure .
• Use, take care & responsibility of, various meters, such as t hermometers, ph meters and timers “STOP” and Report “IMMEDIATELY” any deviations to responsible manager
• Clean and sanitize work areas
• Ensure all necessary data is accurately reported
• Always ensure equipment/service work meet proper quality standard Always were proper PPE
• Ensure proper start up and lock out procedures are being met before sanitation begins/ends Gather appropriate cleaning tools and supplies, follow correct safety precautions, sanitation and GMP rules
• Communicate clearly with Supervisors, fellow employees and other departments with respect to any quality and production standards where sanitation is involved

• Report to work on time with consistent regular attendance
• Follow and comply with company policies and procedures such as employment kit, health and safety compliance, food safety
• Ability to work in an organized fashion
• Ability to work in a high paced multi task environment Compliance with all paperwork required
