DeafBlind Ontario Services is focused on individuals who are Deaf, hard of hearing, non-verbal and deafblind. We offer an arran of services that support people to live their best lives. Direct Support Professionals provide support and assistance through effective communication, life skills training, building social skills, development of personal and professional support systems and the achievement of personal goals.

Required Skills

• certification as PSW, DSE, SSW or any related experience
• first aid/ CPR

Other Requirements

• we will provide training such as WHMIS, AODA, communications support, direct support training, controlled acts, medication administration, TOUCH, personal care, NVCI
